Vancouver Opera has just announced their 2013/14 season, which includes the Vancouver Opera premiere of Britten’s Albert Herring, a new co-production of Mozart’s Don Giovanni, and Verdi’s Don Carlo, which has not been seen on the Vancouver Opera stage for over 40 years.

Pledge Your Support to the Canadian Arts Coalition

The Canadian Arts Coalition is officially soliciting pledges between now and March 15. They’re looking to hear from coalition supporters and potential supporters: if you are able to contribute, they would like to know who you are and how much you can commit by March 15.

Robert Lepage wins 10th Glenn Gould Prize

The Glenn Gould Prize jury has recently named Canadian theatre, opera and film director and theatrical producer Robert Lepage as its 10th laureate and recipient of a $50,000 cheque.
