Civic Action Learning Group

Opera.ca has selected two Canadian companies to be a part of OPERA America’s Civic Action Learning Group. The group is a two-year initiative designed to build the opera field’s capacity for strengthening communities through opera. Beginning next month, delegates from Pacific Opera Victoria and Manitoba Opera will join delegates from five U.S. opera companies in facilitated sessions designed to help increase their capacity to work collaboratively with other organizations to address civic priorities. This project is in support of our strategic plan, Charting our Civic Impact.
