PCM Pre-Renewal Process

Organizations at the level Professional Company Member must complete this pre-renewal process.

Important Dates for the current period:

  1. August 31, 2021: Professional Opera Survey due (Click Here)
  2. October 15, 2021: Pre-Renewal Information Deadline
    1. Submit Basic Financial Information (Total Revenue and Total Expenses)
    2. Submit Audited Financial Statement (or best equivalent as available prior to deadline. If need be we will follow up for final financial statements and Invoice adjustments later in the year)
    3. Confirm / Correct your listing of Organizational Contacts (This is vital for your staff and Board to gain or retain access to OPERA America forums and other AOC and OPERA America services)
  3. November 1, 2021: AOC will generate an invoice by this date
  4. November 30, 2021: Dues Payable
