Highlands Opera Studio (HOS) went online this August to provide four weeks of fully subsidized intensive online professional training and development. Private coachings and group sessions focused on personal & professional growth, systematic racism, emotional health, community, shared experiences, adaptability, and vision for the future of professional opera. After several conversations and discussions with members of the HOS IBPOC community, on August 19th HOS officially launched the Highlands Opera Racial Equity Advisory Council.
