Eric Nelson, VP of Global Partnerships at TRG Arts, is proud to partner with performing and visual arts organizations of all shapes and sizes to grow patron participation, revenue, and community impact. Before joining TRG Arts, Eric was Director of Marketing & Communications for New York City’s Kaufman Music Center. He was also Vice President of Client Services, New Business, and Marketing for DCM, specializing in marketing and fundraising strategies for non-profit organizations. Eric started his career in the arts leading marketing efforts for the Paul Taylor Dance Company. Eric is honored to be on the steering committee for the League of American Orchestras LGBTQIA+ affinity group.

 

Jason Austin, Account Executive for AudienceView

Jason Austin is an Account Executive for AudienceView, a leading ticketing, fundraising and CRM software provider used by North America’s most prominent arts organizations to run, manage and grow their organizations. With more than 20 years experience in the performing arts, and 15 years in a variety of ticketing roles, Jason is well-versed in helping Arts Organizations manage and own their ticketing, fundraising and data.

Jason is also an active freelance musician, working with some of Southern Ontario’s most vibrant arts organizations from on-stage, in the horn section.

Boran Zaza, Director of Communications and Development at Orchestras Canada

Boran Zaza holds multiple degrees in musicology, piano and web development from top institutions in Iraq, Lebanon and Canada. Before transitioning to Arts Administration, Boran’s professional musical engagements had led her to perform in prestigious venues in Canada, Iraq, Lebanon, Oman, Dubai, Italy and the USA.

Growing up in Iraq, Boran was a pianist and percussionist of the National Youth Orchestra of Iraq; she hosted her own classical music radio program called “Behind the Music”, the first radio program dedicated to classical music in the country. In her free time, Boran is an award-winning videographer who also enjoys public speaking, recording voice-overs and tuning pianos. Boran capably communicates in multiple languages, and is a committed life-long learner. Boran is based in Montréal, Québec on the traditional lands of the Kanien:keha’ka of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.
